Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, the Olubadan of Ibadanland has urged government to secure communities sharing border with the National Park.
The monarch while reacting to the release of the pupils and teachers kidnapped in Yawota and Ahoro Esinele communities in Oriire LGA while their release were secured on Friday, he said “as follow up to this development, the government must ensure that all the communities that share border with the National Park are fully secure.
While lauding the intervention of President Bola Tinubu and the security agencies including the local hunters on the release of the kidnapped victims in Oriire local government area of Oyo state, Oba Ladoja, in a statement by his media aide, Adeola Oloko said the feat has further demonstrated the disposition of the Federal government to the security of lives and property of the citizenry.
