Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus will become the most-capped national team boss today.
On Saturday evening at Loftus Versfeld, Springbok head coach Rassie Erasmus will take charge of South Africa for a record-breaking 55th Test, moving past 2007 World Cup-winning mastermind Jake White to become the nation’s most-capped head coach.
Knowing Erasmus, this milestone will barely register. In fact, when informed of the feat at a press conference this week, he laughed and shrugged it off, saying: "This is something I will maybe savour when I am old and in my rocking chair."
