ILIGAN CITY – Authorities suspended the search and rescue operations for missing persons following a pre-dawn landslide in Calanogas, Lanao del Sur on Friday, triggered by heavy rains.
Colonel Cezar P. Cabuhat, police provincial director of Lanao del Sur, told the Inquirer by phone that rescuers were hampered by lack of lighting facilities.
