MANILA, Philippines — The Baguio City Public Information Office (PIO) announced one more death in the devastating landslide in Brgy. Guisad Surong in Baguio City on the evening of Sunday, Aug. 9.
The said fatality, reported at 8 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 10, brought the death count to eight from the previous seven, which was recorded at 7 p.m.
Based on the latest tally released by the Baguio City PIO, out of the 13 occupants of the three houses hit by the landslide, only two remain missing, while three have been rescued.
