MANILA, Philippines — The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) recorded at least eight reported deaths amid the combined onslaught of the southwest monsoon (habagat) and tropical cyclones Luis and Maymay (international name: Kujira).
Data sent by the NDRRMC to reporters on Monday morning showed the following reported fatalities as of 6 a.m.:
