The signing took place in the presence of Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and CEO of Accor, showing the group's commitment to partnering with Sun Group in shaping new standards of hospitality and lifestyle, and a testament to Vietnam's growing appeal as a world-class destination.

Under the agreement, Accor will operate properties spanning multiple market segments from midscale to luxury, including hotels, lifestyle brands, and serviced apartments, under the SO/, MGallery, Grand Mercure, TRIBE, and ibis Styles brands at the Bai Dat Do mixed-use urban development and Hon Thom Island in Phu Quoc.

In Da Nang, Accor will manage Sofitel, Swissôtel and MGallery properties at the DIFF Fireworks Festival & Commercial Complex and Ba Na Hills.

The partnership will introduce Sofitel, Swissôtel, as well as the TRIBE and SO/ brands, to Vietnam for the first time, enriching Sun Group's premium resort real estate portfolio and catering to the evolving tastes of both travelers and investors.
