Airline major IndiGo and ALL Accor have entered into a reciprocal loyalty partnership that will allow members of their respective loyalty programmes to earn and redeem reward points across air travel as well as hotel stays.The development assumes significance as it marks one of the first such collaborations between the aviation and hospitality sectors in India.Announced on Monday (July 13, 2026), the partnership integrates IndiGo BluChip, the airline’s loyalty programme, with ALL Accor, the global hospitality group’s booking platform and loyalty programme, enabling members to convert reward points between the two ecosystems.The collaboration, according to the two companies, is aimed at offering greater flexibility to customers by allowing seamless redemption of points across flights, hotel stays, dining, experiences and other travel-related services.The partnership combines IndiGo’s domestic and international network with Accor’s global hospitality portfolio spanning more than 45 brands across 110 countries, creating an integrated travel rewards ecosystem for customers.redeem pointsAccordingly, members of IndiGo BluChip will be able to convert their loyalty points into ALL Accor Reward Points for hotel stays, dining, upgrades and lifestyle experiences.Likewise, ALL Accor members will be able to redeem their reward points for travel across IndiGo’s domestic and international network.As per the companies, the partnership comes as travel demand continues to expand across metro, Tier-I and Tier-II markets, with the integrated loyalty platform expected to strengthen customer engagement across both brands.IndiGo currently operates a fleet of more than 400 aircraft and over 2,100 daily flights, connecting more than 95 domestic and over 40 international destinations.
