MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has completed a P150-million packaging and labeling facility in Butuan City, built to help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) improve product quality and expand access to retail and export markets.

The facility, established under the agency’s Shared Service Facility (SSF) Program in partnership with Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU), will officially open on July 13 during the start of the 2026 MSME Development Week.

Named “FSUU MIRACLE” (Modern Implementation for Revolutionizing Advanced Cutting-edge Layout and Excellent Printing Solution), the facility will serve as Caraga’s one-stop hub for packaging, labeling and commercial printing services.
