The counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine detained a Russian agent who was helping to prepare a new series of missile and drone attacks on the Cherkasy region.
According to Ukrinform, the SSU reported this.
The investigation revealed that a local unemployed woman was responsible for coordinating the Russian airstrikes. The enemy recruited her through Telegram channels, where she was looking for easy money.
Following instructions from the FSB, the agent tracked the locations of Ukrainian troops and energy facilities.
Upon identifying potential targets, the woman photographed them and geotagged the images.
