Pretoria toddler finds a new home after clothes were allegedly sold for drugs, as South Africans step in.

A Pretoria community has rallied around a two-year-old girl known only as 'Little M' after allegations emerged that she was being removed from a home affected by severe substance abuse, where even her clothes had allegedly been sold to fund drugs.

Following an urgent appeal by Heart of Stella Foundation and KidsCare, donations of clothing, food, toiletries, blankets and comfort items have poured in for the toddler, who turns three in August, as well as for the family who have opened their home to care for her.

"We would also like to assist the loving family who has opened their home to her with food and basic necessities," said the organisations.

As donations poured in from across the country, they expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response.
