One of 20 people arrested in a case involving an alleged criminal organization linked to organized supporters of a Thessaloniki sports club was ordered held in pretrial detention, while the other 19 were released under restrictions, including bans on attending games.
The case file names 51 people and concerns dozens of incidents of fan violence, drug trafficking inside and outside sports venues, and a robbery with a fan-related motive.
A 30-year-old alleged leader is being prosecuted while abroad.
The file also includes a 23-year-old already in pretrial detention over the March killing of a 20-year-old man in the Kalamaria district of Thessaloniki.
