East Service Road lane to close July 18 for NSCR project works

MANILA, Philippines — The southbound lane of East Service Road toward Bicutan, from Arca Boulevard to Narra Street in Parañaque City, will be temporarily closed starting July 18, 2026, for construction works on the North-South Commuter Railway Extension (NSCR Extension) project, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said Friday.

The DOTr said that the temporary traffic rerouting plan will be implemented for the construction of the FTI Station East diaphragm wall for the railway project.
