This year’s summer sales are scheduled to begin on Monday, July 13, and last until Monday, August 31.

As on the first Sunday of every sales window, stores can be open on Sunday, July 19.

By law, each price reduction announcement must explicitly state the previous price (often referred to as the reference price) on which the discount is applied.

The previous price is the lowest price applied by the merchant to each of its products during the 30-day period prior to the application of the first discount on July 13.

For stock or outlet stores, the mention of the previous and the new price is mandatory for discounted products.
