One of President Donald Trump’s most insidious attempts to strip citizenship away from Americans has failed. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in Trump v. Barbara, saying that the 14th Amendment guarantees citizenship to children born in the United States regardless of their parents’ immigration status.
