CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has readied relief goods and mapped out evacuation facilities across the Mimaropa region.
This is to assist communities that may be hit by the combined effects of a Low Pressure Area (LPA), the southwest monsoon or Habagat, and localized thunderstorms.

According to DSWD Mimaropa Regional Information Officer Ferdy Rañada, the agency laid out these measures during the pre-disaster risk assessment and scenario-building meeting convened by the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) on Tuesday, June 30.FEATURED STORIES
