MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) is looking for the uploader of the now-viral video in which a retired Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) general was allegedly seen toting his gun.

“The Mandaluyong City Police Station is already looking at the possible cases against the retired AFP general,” PNP public information chief Col. Allen Rae Co said in a press briefing in Camp Crame on Monday. He did not name the retired AFP general.

“They’re still trying to locate the uploader… He will be the one to file the complaint,” Co added.
