ALKHOBAR: Whether designing a restaurant brand, building a workout plan or learning a new language, more Saudis are turning to artificial intelligence for answers before consulting with experts.
Tasks that once would require advice from a professional coach, tutor or designer are increasingly becoming reduced to conversations with chatbots.
This is redefining expertise as the country rapidly embraces AI, giving consumers faster and cheaper access to knowledge while forcing many professionals to rethink their roles.
Arab News previously reported that the Kingdom ranked second globally for societal awareness of AI, according to Stanford University’s 2023 Artificial Intelligence Index Report.
The country ranks fifth globally for AI sector growth and first in the Arab world, with more than one million Saudis trained in data and AI skills through SDAIA’s SAMAI initiative.
