The video was circulated to Mr. Flood’s followers, numbering c.500 in all.“Amongst the remarks Mr. Flood is heard to make were that he “had two different birds that were a nightmare…” “…she wanted more days off than Santa Claus…” “…she wouldn’t hold a throbbing p**** on that gallop…” and “…she would get a ride of her own boss every Shrove Tuesday.”Flood admitted making the video, being the voice featured in it and sharing the video when interviewed by investigators in December. As a result he was charged with breaching the rules and agreed to accepting a financial penalty of £1,300.Judicial panel member Tim Grey said: “I agree that the culpability in this case is properly to be regarded as low when considering the identified mitigating and aggravating factors in the case, but that a slightly elevated level of fine from the entry point is appropriate to reflect the extensive nature of the pejorative language used.Article continues below“I therefore do not find any reason to order otherwise than in accordance with the agreed outcome and I confirm the penalty to be one of a £1300 fine.”Choose Daily Mirror as a 'Preferred Source' on Google News for quick access to the news you value.British Horseracing AuthorityFather ChristmasPancake Day
