Reddam House Umhlanga Grade 8 learner Nobubelebesisa “Nobe” Zwane has been selected for the South Africa U19 Women’s squad that will tour Pakistan for the team’s inaugural Youth T20 International (T20I) series.

The selection comes shortly after Nobe was named in the South African U19 Women’s Cricket Training Camp at the Cricket South Africa Centre of Excellence in Pretoria, where players are preparing for the ICC U19 Women’s World Cup in 2027.

Representing KZN Coastal, Nobe has secured her place in the national high-performance environment while still in Grade 8, competing alongside players several years older than her.

Nobe began her cricket journey in Grade 1 and joined a cricket academy in Grade 5 to further develop her skills. At the age of 11, she earned selection for the KZN U13 team and later captained the side while in Grade 7.
