A three-day expo on the food, beverage technology, and hospitality industry will be held in Coimbatore from July 1 with the participation of almost 350 exhibitors.The event organised by Synergy Exposures and Events India Private Limited at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex is expected to attract nearly 35,000 visitors and 30,000 have already registered.While entry is free, the business-to-business exhibition is open only to registered visitors. It is expected to generate business enquiries worth ₹250 crore for the participants and will see launch of new products, workshops for entrepreneurs, business mentorship services and conferences.The stalls will be categorised as bakers’ technologies, hospitality sector, food and drink processing, packaging, and convenient foods.
