The Russian army attacked positions of Ukraine's Defense Forces 28 times since the beginning of the day.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, publishing operational information as of 16:00 on Wednesday, June 24, Ukrinform reports.
Russian forces continue to strike border areas. Today they shelled Neskuchne, Rozhkovychi, Korenok, Potapivka, Havrylova Sloboda, Volfyne, Starykove, Sopych, Bachivsk, Budky, Ryzhivka, Buniakyne, and Kozache in Sumy region with artillery, and struck Yampil and Tolstodubove from the air.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, the Russians shelled settlements and positions of Ukrainian defenders 18 times.
