The Russian army attacked the positions of Ukraine's Defense Forces 44 times since the beginning of the day. The occupiers are pressing hardest on the Kostiantynivka, Huliaipole, and Pokrovsk directions.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, releasing operational information as of 16:00 on Monday, June 22, Ukrinform reports.
The Russians continue to shell the border area with artillery. Today, Koreneok, Neskuchne, Ryzhivka, Buniakyne, Rohizne, Ulanove, Bachivsk, Stepanivka, and Malushyne in the Sumy region, as well as Senkivka and Kliusy in the Chernihiv region, came under enemy fire.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, there was one combat engagement between the defenders and Russian forces. In this sector, the enemy shelled settlements and Ukrainian positions 34 times, including twice with multiple launch rocket systems.
