The founder of the Ukrainian Corporation “KYB,” Oleg Nevzorov, held a meeting with company representatives and property owners in the “Baba Alino” residential complex, the company confirmed. The discussions focused on recent administrative measures, including orders issued by Varna Mayor Blagomir Kotsev concerning demolition actions in the area.
The meeting comes amid ongoing claims from Bulgarian authorities that Nevzorov is being sought and monitored. Earlier statements from Interior Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev suggested that the Ukrainian businessman was wanted by law enforcement, noting that searches were ongoing and that any detention would be publicly communicated once confirmed.
At the gathering, participants reportedly reviewed the current legal and administrative situation surrounding the complex. According to KYB Corporation, questions from owners were addressed directly by Nevzorov, with the company presenting its position on the disputed developments. “The personal presence of Mr. Nevzorov and his direct dialogue with the owners confirm the company’s commitment to each of its clients and partners,” the firm stated.
The company also announced that it will provide legal assistance to investors and owners connected to the project. It confirmed that it is preparing a court appeal against the administrative orders, insisting that the measures will be challenged through the judicial system. “A full appeal of the orders in court is pending. We believe in the Bulgarian justice system and are convinced that it will put things in their legal order,” the statement said.
