A total of 91.30% of electors, including progeny, have been mapped for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) across Karnataka as of June 20, according to official data. The exercise, which began on Saturday with the printing of enumeration forms, will see door-to-door visits starting June 30. More than 11 crore forms will be printed for the exercise.Statewide data suggests that BBMP areas, including BBMP North, Central and South, have not yet reached 75% mapping. Bengaluru Urban has completed 80.15% of mapping, while Kodagu is leading with 98.67% of electors, including progeny mapped, followed by Dharwad at 98.16%. There are 5,54,32,314 voters, as per the total electors figures for 2025 in Karnataka. Each eligible voter will be given two forms. During the door-to-door visit, voters will have to fill out both form, one must be handed over to the BLOs. The second, attested by the BLO, will be retained by the voter.
