GoPals, an organisation dedicated to rural revitalisation, traditional agricultural independence, and conservation of indigenous Indian cattle breeds, has announced its community campaign, Walk2HEAL 2026, which is to be held on Sunday (June 28) in Tenkasi.The walkathon, to be hosted at the Zoho Mathalaparai Campus, will bring together citizens, agrarian community leaders, and change-makers to champion a collective philosophy of rural dignity, sustainable livelihoods, and circular village economies. The event will focus on eco-friendly initiatives, highlighted by an organic marketplace with stalls set up directly by local natural farmers. Attendees can purchase fresh organic produce, traditional heirloom grains, and indigenous cow-based value products directly from the growers, providing immediate financial support to the rural farming ecosystem. The walkathon will begin at the historic Thoranamalai Murugan Temple and conclude at the Zoho Mathalaparai Tenkasi Campus.Leading experts, prominent personalities and social leaders like Sridhar Vembu, founder & CEO, Zoho Corporation; S. Sankara Raman, Honorary Secretary, Amar Seva Sangam; N. Punniamurthy, celebrated translational scientist and ethnoveterinary expert; and others would be participating.This will be followed with farmer stall interactions, eco-friendly exhibitions, and panel discussions covering decentralized village development.Registration for participants will open at 5:30 a.m. on June 28.
