Cargofy has surpassed $10M in annual recurring revenue across 2,000 paying customers.

One early backer exited via the secondary component at over 50 times their initial investment.

A single dispatcher using the platform can manage a fleet ten times larger than normal.

Des Traynor, co-founder of business messaging giant Intercom, has backed an $11 million Series A round in Cargofy, a logistics AI startup betting that autonomous software agents can replace the human dispatchers that freight companies are increasingly struggling to hire and keep.

The round was led by u.ventures, Toloka.vc, and Movens Capital, with participation from Traynor and other angel investors. It consists of $6 million in primary capital and $5 million in secondary transactions, the latter allowing one of Cargofy’s earliest backers to fully exit at over 50 times their initial investment.
