His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR
President, Federal Republic of Nigeria
The Presidency, Aso Villa, Abuja.
State Governors, Federal Republic of Nigeria .
The Senate President, Federal Republic of Nigeria
Your Excellencies, I, write with respect and urgency on behalf of pensioners in Nigeria, the men and women who served this nation for thirty- five (35) years or more, and who have now face a silent crisis in retirement. The 1999 Constitution, Section 173(3), guarantees that “pension rights… shall be a right” and “shall not be withheld.” Yet the reality for thousands of pensioners contradicts this guarantee. I pray your indulgence to highlight four critical problems which are urgently demanding immediate legislative and executive action:
His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR
President, Federal Republic of Nigeria
The Presidency, Aso Villa, Abuja.
State Governors, Federal Republic of Nigeria .
The Senate President, Federal Republic of Nigeria
