Results of the Social Farming 360° program, implemented in six correctional facilities across Greece, were presented Wednesday at the Ministry of Citizen Protection.
The initiative aimed to strengthen food security, sustainable agricultural production and prisoner reintegration.
Run by New Agriculture New Generation and funded by the Citi Foundation, the program operated from January 2024 through December 2025 in cooperation with the General Secretariat for Anti-Crime Policy, ActionAid and Freedom Gate.
The program awarded 696 professional certifications, involved 231 inmates in employability activities and 297 in psychosocial support sessions.
