Chelsea has locked down a deal for Dastan Satpaev, a 17-year-old striker from FC Kairat Almaty who currently leads the Kazakhstan Premier League in scoring with seven goals. The transfer, initially agreed upon in February 2025, is set to officially complete on August 12, 2026, which happens to be the day Satpaev turns 18.

The reported fee sits at approximately €4 million, including potential add-ons. That number represents the largest outgoing transfer in Kazakhstan Premier League history.

Satpaev recently scored a brace to vault himself to the top of the Kazakhstan Premier League scoring charts with seven goals.
