The luxury summer rental market in Greece continues to move at high levels, with weekly rents for the most sought-after properties ranging from €15,000 to €150,000 in mid-summer.
The majority of the demand comes from Northern and Central Europe, Britain, France, Italy, Israel, the US and Arab countries.
In the Cyclades, rents range from €15,000 to €100,000 per week, while in the Ionian they reach up to €150,000 per week.
That includes the pictured Villa Ida, located by the sea, on the northeastern coast of Corfu, in Nissaki. The 290-square-meter property has four bedrooms and as many bathrooms, as well as a chef in-house.
