SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — The remains of Ateneo Blue Eagles cager Rene Clert “Bobet” Baterbonia finally arrived in the wee hours of Tuesday in his hometown of Talacogon, Agusan del Sur.

Baterbonia’s cortege arrived in Talacogon town past 1 a.m. Tuesday, after leaving Davao City at around 8 a.m. Monday, according to a live update by Player Spotted 2.0. It took at least 17 hours to bring him home as the convoy would stop or slow down in towns along the way.
