MANILA, Philippines — The National Police Commission (Napolcom) staffer, who allegedly threatened a transport network vehicle service (TNVS) driver after their cars collided, apologized over the incident.

The staffer appeared before the media and Napolcom Commissioner Rafael Calinisan, who identified him as Jaime Flores Jr., in a press briefing at their Quezon City office on Monday morning.

“I would like to address and apologize for the recent road incident that caused public uproar, emotional distress, and confusion,” Flores maintained.
