Poland's PHU Lechmar has fully and on time completed a contract with Ukraine's State Border Guard Service to supply ammunition worth UAH 23 billion.
According to Ukrinform, PHU Lechmar spokesperson Karolina Siudyla stated this in an interview with Wprost.
"This contract with the [State] Border Guard Service of Ukraine was fully executed by PHU Lechmar in accordance with the terms of the agreement and within the established schedule. Every item was properly fulfilled, and the contract was formally closed after mutual confirmation that all obligations had been met. There are no unresolved claims, disputes, or unfinished stages of implementation," Siudyla said.
She noted that PHU Lechmar was selected to supply ammunition to the State Border Guard Service due to the company's extensive capabilities.
"Most companies are unable to meet contract requirements in a conflict zone. Strict contractual penalties, complex guarantee systems, and logistics operating under fire – this is an environment that eliminates weaker players. We bear these risks, and we do so effectively," the spokesperson said.
