Reducing pembrolizumab infusions from 30 minutes to 10 minutes could be a safe alternative for patients and open hundreds of hours of chair time for clinics.A prospective trial involving nearly 100 patients showed infusion-related reactions minimally differed between 30-minute and 10-minute infusions. Additionally, the shortened infusions saved more than 150 hours for the cohort.
