MANILA, Philippines — Senior high school (SHS) teacher Barry Tayam will ask the Supreme Court to reconsider its ruling that denied his petition to affirm the 12-member quorum declared by the Senate on June 3.
While he has yet to receive a full copy of the ruling, Tayam said that he is keen on filing a motion for reconsideration for his petition for certiorari filed on June 5.
“Once I have (the ruling), I will study [and work on] the motion for reconsideration, which I am 100-percent sure I will file,” he told the Inquirer in a message.
