Gov.gr is a landmark reform in public administration. It has permanently transformed the relationship between citizens and the state. However, it has not significantly changed the state itself, whose procedural labyrinths remain largely intact. The experience of successful digital governance should serve as a guide for transforming the bureaucratic structure of public services as well.
