Collector C. Dinesh Kumar inaugurated the information centres in Krishnagiri to assist students with queries related to higher education. Students may reach out to clarify their queries on 9750982553, 8682925404, 04343-234444 and 1077.A control room to assist students, who have completed their Class XII board examinations, regarding their higher education is functioning on the first floor at the Collectorate. Another centre is functioning out of the District Project Officer in Government Boys Higher Secondary School campus here.The two information centres are set out to help students, who are unable to pursue higher education for various reasons, and also in procuring certificates including community certificates, Aadhaar, among other essential documents.The centres are operational on all working days, and students are encouraged to reach out for any higher education-related guidance.Earlier, the Collector also chaired a meeting on higher education admissions with the committee members.
