State asset fund Danantara claimed that all existing export contracts for strategic commodities will be honored, provided they are free from any under-invoicing practices, the agency’s chief operating officer Dony Oskaria said on Monday. The statement followed the enforcement of Government Regulation No. 24/2026 on the centralization of strategic natural resource exports through a dedicated state-owned enterprise (SOE).

The regulation, signed by President Prabowo Subianto on May 20, fundamentally alters the export landscape by channeling overseas sales of key resources through a single entity called PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI).
