What does recovery look like for you?
Dan: It’s not what it used to be when I was a professional sportsman and had access to a world-class support team! Now it’s just a matter of getting a good sleep, staying hydrated and eating well.
Lisa: For me, recovery is just as important as the training itself. Good nutrition and rest are non-negotiables. It means enough of the right food at the right times and protecting my sleep, because that’s where so much of the real recovery happens.
