ABUCAY, BATAAN, Philippines — A resident in Barangay Capitangan here turned over to the police some P1.3 million worth of crystal meth on Wednesday, which he found just outside his family’s home.
Police authorities here received the stuff which the unidentified villager said “fell off the roof” of their house.
The resident requested assistance from the barangay government, which sent over a councilman to look into the matter.
