LUCENA CITY, Quezon – Police arrested an alleged drug trafficker and seized more than P200,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) and an unlicensed firearm during a buy-bust operation in Antipolo City, Rizal, on Wednesday night.
In a report Thursday, the Police Regional Office 4-A said anti-drug operatives arrested the suspect, identified only as “Christopher,” after he allegedly sold P8,000 worth of shabu to an undercover cop posing as a drug user in Barangay Cupang at around 10:05 p.m.

Authorities said the suspect yielded six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing about 30 grams, worth P204,000 based on the Dangerous Drugs Board standard valuation at P6,800 per gram.
