The Biggest Man In Cricket sits down with Proteas captain Laura Wolvaardt.
Leadership in sport is often measured in years. How many games have you played? How many dressing-rooms have you sat in? How many scars have you collected along the way?
If that were the case, Laura Wolvaardt should still be waiting her turn.
Instead, at just 27 years old, she finds herself leading a South African side filled with experienced internationals, some of whom were representing the Proteas before she had even completed high school.
For some leaders it might not work. For Wolvaardt, it has worked remarkably well.
