A very happy United Nations World Bicycle Day to all who celebrate. It’s a good time to get out on two wheels — especially since a large section of the Line 1 subway will be closed this weekend for FIFA preparation. But be reminded that, as this recent video of a police take-down some have called “excessive” shows, you’re still well advised to obey stop signs.
