WASHINGTON, 29 MAG - Il nome del presidente Donald Trump sulla facciata del Kennedy Center e ogni materiale di branding ufficiale e' "illegittimo" e va rimosso. Il giudice Christopher R.Cooper, della Corte Distrettuale Federale di Washington, ha bocciato la decisione del Consiglio direttivo dell'istituzione, notando che la legge voluta dal Congresso per istituire il John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts rendeva "cristallino" il fatto che l'istituzione dovesse essere intitolata al presidente Kennedy. "È stato il Congresso a conferire il nome al Kennedy Center, e solo il Congresso può modificarlo", ha scritto Cooper, secondo il Nyt. (ANSA).
