He received a military salute from honor guards standing on the left and right sides of the red carpet.Meanwhile, the President was greeted at Orly Airport by Eleonore Caroit, Minister for Francophone Affairs, International Partnerships, and French Citizens Abroad, and General Loic Mizon, Military Governor of Paris. Caroit accompanied President Prabowo along the red carpet to the top of the aircraft's steps.Then, other officials who saw off President Prabowo, including the French Ambassador to Indonesia Fabien Penone, the Indonesian Ambassador to France Mohamad Oemar, and the Defense Attache of the Indonesian Embassy in Paris, TNI Air Marshal Hendra Gunawan."The farewell ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere as a form of respect from the French Government for the Indonesian Head of State," read the official press release from the Presidential Secretariat.As part of his state visit to Paris, President Prabowo began his state agenda by attending a state welcoming ceremony at Les Invalides and a bilateral meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace.President Prabowo then attended a state dinner hosted by President Macron at the Salle des Fetes, Elysee Palace.
