TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto arrived back in Indonesia, landing at the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in Jakarta on Saturday, after wrapping up a three-day state visit to France from May 27 to 29, 2026.According to flight tracking monitors from Jakarta on Saturday, the presidential aircraft carrying President Prabowo touched down at approximately 9:58 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) after departing Paris, France, on Friday, May 29, local time.Upon his arrival at Halim Perdanakusuma, President Prabowo was greeted on the tarmac by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, and National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.On his flight back to Jakarta, the President was accompanied by a select delegation, including Foreign Minister Sugiono and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.Earlier, an official press release from the Presidential Secretariat noted that President Prabowo's departure from Orly Airport in Paris was marked by a formal military send-off.President Prabowo received military honors from a guard of honor lined up on both sides of the red carpet.During his state visit to Paris, the President kicked off his official agenda by attending a welcome ceremony at Les Invalides, followed by a bilateral meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace.President Prabowo then attended a state dinner hosted by Macron at the Élysée Palace's Salle des Fêtes.
