Littler beat Luke Humphries in the final to win the Premier League for the second time on Thursday night before breaking down in tears.‌The 19-year-old came through in a deciding leg 11-10 to join Phil Taylor, Michael van Gerwen and Gary Anderson as a multiple winner of the competition. He averaged 111.67 and threw 12 maximums in a superb final against Humphries to claim the trophy and £350,000 in prize money.‌Littler's Premier League campaign had not been plain sailing, however, with the world No.1 booed at times after an incident with Gian van Veen in Manchester. That took its toll on him over the 17 weeks and the emotions poured out after he hit double top to win it.‌Speaking on stage, Littler revealed that he had told his girlfriend Faith Millar that he wanted to quit due to the booing. And after avenging his defeat in the 2025 final to Humphries, he thanked his family and close friends.Littler wrote on Instagram: "This Premier League has been one of the toughest tests for me and wouldn’t have this without everyone by my side. Can’t thank you all enough for that. We did it."In a separate video message, he added: "Hi everyone, what a journey its been throughout the 17 weeks of the Premier League. We've come out victorious once again. I've got the trophy back.‌"A lot of emotions there, but I'm just so happy with the win, the family being there week in, week out, the sponsors being there week in, week out. Time to celebrate and thank everyone for all your support throughout the year and may it continue. I'll see you all next week in Copenhagen."‌On her own Instagram, Millar shared a video of Littler's entourage, including Angry Ginge, singing along to 'Take Me Home, Country Roads' by John Denver in a swanky hotel bar in the early hours of the morning after the win.Another post - a photo of them kissing before Littler went on stage - Millar wrote: "So proud of you always and forever. I love you so, so much."In his teary on-stage interview, Littler said: "It was a rollercoaster first four weeks, bottom of the table, but then the fifth night I won my first night. But I am here with the trophy."After breaking down in tears, he added: "After Brighton and the incident in Manchester, I was sat at home saying to Faith: 'I don't want to do it anymore, just the crowd every week'.
