Quezon City Councilor Alfred Vargas took to social media once again, this time following reports that his complaint against the family of his son's alleged bully had been dismissed. On Facebook, Alfred Vargas released a statement saying that he and his family would respect the legal process and its outcome. "We have been informed about the decision of the prosecutor.
