Iran’s state TV on Wednesday reported that Tehran had received a one-page draft memorandum of understanding (MOU) from the US, saying the terms for an extended ceasefire entailed the US lifting its blockade on Iranian ports and withdrawing US troops from the surrounding area, with Iran in return committing to allowing commercial shipping via the Strait of Hormuz to return to prewar levels within 30 days.
