Air New Zealand is notifying customers of further schedule changes as the jet fuel crisis bites.
Earlier this month, the airline announced it was cutting five percent of its flights - mostly on regional routes.
Now, it has said it's making more cuts over a three month period from August to October.
"Taking this approach now gives customers as much certainty as possible ahead of their travel, rather than making changes closer to departure," a spokesperson said.

The changes cover travel from late July to late October.
Air NZ has announced it will cut another 5% of its flights, but experts warn it won't be the last airline to do so.
International routes will also be cut but the company is still working on which ones, CEO Nikhil Ravishankar says.
Air New Zealand said it was looking at cost-cutting and reviewing capital expenditure plans.
